Shipping & Delivery

At The Gorgeous Beauty, we strive to ensure the most convenient and prompt delivery process for our valued customers. We currently ship to numerous countries in North America, Oceania, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Please note that some European countries may have separate ordering links.

To ensure successful delivery, we do not support shipping to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarding companies. In the event of a Canada Post strike, Canadian orders will be shipped via other carriers.

Regarding shipping costs and delivery times, please note that delivery times are estimates only and do not include weekends, holidays, or force majeure events. These times also do not include order processing time. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the information on the checkout page. Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts, and these fees are non-refundable.

For orders shipped outside the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, additional customs duties and service fees may apply. The Gorgeous Beauty does not control and is not responsible for advising or reimbursing these fees. In cases where the stock availability times for items differ by more than 7 days (applicable to the US and Canada), orders may be split into multiple shipments.

You can check your order status via the links provided depending on the shipping country. If you have an account, this information can be viewed in the "My Orders" section. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after the order has been packed.

Order statuses are displayed as follows:

  • Processing: The order is being prepared by The Gorgeous Beauty team, typically taking 1 business day if items are in stock.

  • Shipped: The order has been packed and is in the shipping process. Tracking information may take some time to update.

  • Partial: Some items in the order are out of stock or made to order, and the available items have been shipped first (applicable to the US and Canada only).

We regret to inform you that The Gorgeous Beauty does not guarantee that orders can be canceled or updated due to the rapid order processing time. For engraved or monogrammed products, cancellation or updates are impossible after the order has been placed4. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.

If an order is not processed within the estimated time, Customer Care will contact you within 24-48 hours. Regarding stock status:

  • In Stock: Ready to ship within 1-2 business days (or 8 days for engraved/monogrammed products).

  • Shipping Later: Not currently available but can still be purchased and will be shipped when available, with an estimated shipping date displayed. You will be charged upon ordering.

  • Made To Order: Requires custom crafting time, with an estimated shipping date displayed. Please note that these are estimates only and are subject to change5.

The Gorgeous Beauty uses third-party delivery services and is not responsible for shipments confirmed as delivered but not received by the customer.
