Returns & Exchanges

At The Gorgeous Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchased product. Therefore, we offer a flexible and transparent return policy.

Return Time Frame

  • Standard Return Policy:  We offer a free return policy within 7 days after receipt. This policy applies to customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia..

  • Loose diamonds: This item has a special return policy of 3 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth return process, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition when you received it, unused or unworn, without any signs of wear or damage.

  • The product must have its original tags intact (if applicable).

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including the product box and original shipping box (or a smaller box, do not use oversized boxes).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set; we do not accept returns of individual items within a set.

  • For Lab Grown Diamonds, an SCS certification is mandatory. Without this certification, the product will be returned to you.

  • For loose diamonds, all original certificates (if any) and a copy of the original invoice are required for a full refund. Missing any original certificate will incur a $200.00 fee per missing certificate, with no exceptions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items will not be accepted for return or refund:

  • Engraved or monogrammed products

  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

  • Gift cards.

  • "Final sale" items

  • Special orders, such as custom details or jewelry designs not specifically displayed on our website

  • Return Process:

To initiate a return, you must contact us to request a return in advance. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to 1 send the item back

Return Shipping Costs

The original shipping fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for prepaying all return shipping costs. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) shipments. Please note that for returned orders subject to a return fee, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

After we receive the returned product and conduct an inspection, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Typically, this process takes approximately 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange Policy

Currently, The Gorgeous Beauty does not support online exchanges. However, we are pleased to offer a 7-day exchange policy at all of our retail stores for both online and in-store purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, all items must meet the same return conditions as stated in our Return Policy. When exchanging items at the store, please bring your order confirmation email, order slip, or gift receipt.

Returning a Non-The Gorgeous Beauty Item by Mistake

Due to logistics and customs issues, The Gorgeous Beauty cannot return non-The Gorgeous Beauty products that you have mistakenly sent to us.

Returning Gift Purchases

For returned gift orders, we will provide store credit. To return a gift, you must provide the order number and the product must be returned in the same country where it was originally purchased.

The Gorgeous Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the stated terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future return requests or use of our website if we detect any abuse of the return policy.
